Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates**
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $25.00 flat rate
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $35.00 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order via the shipping carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
-BELLA COCO GLOW GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info_sales@bellacocoglow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- BELLA COCO GLOW GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
